Afternoon Tea Week is over and we have loved seeing all of the fabulous afternoon tea celebrations! To help with our post Afternoon Tea Week blues, we will be sharing our top 3 looks from some of the incredible influencers who truly celebrated in style. Lily Vanilli
Our first Afternoon Tea Week look is from the extremely talented Lily Vanilli, a baker and cake maker based in London. Lily’s baking creations never fail to have our mouths watering with her striking decorative cakes and stunning photography. Lily whipped up a selection of incredible treats for Afternoon Tea Week including; pillow soft vanilla layer cake filled with Baileys buttercream, homemade scones topped with Chantilly cream and apricot compote, almond and matcha mini cakes and Lily’s signature chocolate cupcakes, all served on Portmeirion’s magical Botanic Garden collection. Mirlah, writer of The Mrs Project, is a food and lifestyle blogger and social influencer from Derbyshire (not far from our factory in Stoke-on-Trent!). Mirlah takes the time to share her wonderful recipes and lifestyle tips with the world, inspiring her followers with her lovely tone and beautiful photography. Mirlah did her thing with our contemporary Sophie Conran for Portmeirion collection and shared these amazing photo’s from her serene afternoon tea.
